ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Plan client targeting by partnering with member agencies to build email audience into Maestro
- Monitor business metrics and goals that will drive new customer and new policy growth across Renaissance’s member insurance agencies
- Coordinate digital marketing development and deployment with member agencies by sharing briefs & contents, providing feedback and validating schedules and setting deadlines
- Map deadlines and follow-up with relevant teams to ensure timely digital marketing deployment
- Test and validate targets, emails and other necessary information with member agencies
- Manage the digital marketing solutions for our member agencies to generate sales, increase retention and promote engagement
- Work with both internal and external parties to support the full suite of Marketing Services that Renaissance makes available to its insurance agencies, including, but not limited to, agency’s website development and social media campaigns to ensure delivery of effective creative content and overall improved online presence
- Anticipate creative developments into the planning and schedule
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe and other software
- General understanding of commercial and personal insurance products
- A self-starter, well-organized and must display good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solutions oriented, seeking solutions to challenges, utilizing a team approach
- A team player, willing to find win-win solutions for our member agencies and companies
- Experience in executing strategies to improve overall online presence (e.g. website design, social media)
- Results- and data-driven decision maker
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize own activities and work on several items simultaneously, taking responsibility for follow-up and follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
