Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to join their dynamic team for its Atlanta headquarters. The Digital Marketing & Web Specialist will work closely with the Director, Digital Marketing to design and activate the firm-wide digital marketing strategy. The position will design, develop, and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions via the firm’s digital marketing assets and web properties. Additionally, the role involves monitoring website traffic, user behavior, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize website performance.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Website analytics: Analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and monitor the effectiveness of website strategies.
  • Content management: Managing and organizing website content to ensure that it is well-structured and easy to find, and creating new content as needed.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO): Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve the website's visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Website maintenance: Regularly updating and maintaining the website's content, including images, text, and multimedia.
  • User engagement: Creating and implementing strategies to increase user engagement with the website, such as developing new content and optimizing user flows.
  • Reporting: Creating and presenting reports on website performance to stakeholders, and providing recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
  • Data collection and analysis: Collecting data on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and analyzing this data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Web and digital optimization: Conducting website performance analyses and identifying opportunities to improve website speed, functionality, and user experience.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other members of the production / in-house agency and digital marketing team, such as designers and developers, to implement website optimization strategies.
  • Design and development: Working with a web design team to ensure that the website is visually appealing and user-friendly, and ensuring that it meets industry best practices for website design and development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is typically required for this role.
  • Project Management Skills: ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, ensuring that campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and meet business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the ability to be flexible, positive and well organized to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with exciting opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning: You should be up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and web design and development, as this industry is constantly evolving.
  • Web Design and Development: knowledge and experience in web design (Wordpress) and development, including coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as website builders and content management systems (CMS).
  • Digital Marketing Skills: expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Communication Skills: effective communicator and proactive collaborator
  • Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data and use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of your digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize the firm-wide digital strategy.
  • Creativity: creative mindset and experience developing engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns.
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
