As we continue to grow and expand our reach far beyond West Texas, we see the immediate need to hire a qualified individual who has the passion and drive to promote our business by utilizing resources and platforms available. Job duties will include social media and digital marketing, advertising, promotions, special event coordination, improving brand awareness, and managing web content. Pay commensurate with experience. $17-$24 per hour

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
• College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Public Relations and one year experience in social media content development
or Associates Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Photography or similar and at least 2 years experience in marketing-related field
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for photography, videography and media editing
• Proficiency in various design styles and mediums
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research and web analytics
• Ability to deliver high quality, creative content (text, image, video) and measure effectiveness
• Should be innovative, ambitious, passionate and curious
• Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively
• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• DESIRABLE: basic knowledge of trucks, truck accessories and truck equipment

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Work with the President and management team to maximize effectiveness of promotions
• See that all content is in agreement with the President’s vision for Pick-Up Pals, Inc.
• Plan, recommend, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness
• Assist with the development of formalized social media governance and social media process mapping
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of social media communications in addressing the business’ needs and make recommendations for revising content for increased success
• Promote events, new products on the web and social media platforms
• Take, edit and resize photographs of our products, events for website and social media
• Manage, monitor and contribute to Pick-Up Pals’ social media platforms on a daily basis
• Create content and engage with current and prospective customers, as well as the community at-large through various social media platforms
• Post/respond in real-time (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pup website)
• Repurpose other forms of media into social media content and web content
• Assist, attend, document and promote special events and projects
• Write scripts and oversee the production of television and radio ads
• Work with website designer/host to keep content current and accurate
• Upload photos and other content to website ensuring accuracy and quality
• Seek approval of all content prior to posting
• Seek to protect personal information of customers and their vehicles
• Research similar businesses and vendors to stay current in the industry
• Research current and new applications and technologies for online outreach
• Create blog posts inside Pup’s marketing platform and website
• Train staff on social media usage
