Ideal candidates have a minimum experience in thefollowing (but not limited to):

• Experience producing training videos with Camtasia software a plus.
• 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, video creation and customer service
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency in A/V editing, Adobe, online tools, and creative programs.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, and digital marketing software.
• Experience insoftware training, sales or similar experiencepreferred.
• Comfortable knowledge of web conferencing tools, preferably GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar, etc.
• BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing, digital advertising, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

·Review, assess and compare advertising techniques and offers with competitors to enhance customer tools.

·Assist banks, credit unions, brokers, correspondent lenders and other financial institutions with training material and visual aids to include knowledge-based article writing and video creation and editing.

·Provide customized solutions for clients, with seamless integration of the LOS and peripheral/core systems, interface vendors and external service providers.

·Meet with clients at their location to provide a detailed analysis of their origination/production operations, provide recommendations and assist with continued training to maximize their software resources most effectively.

·Coordinate consulting activities and provide feedback to internal groups, including customer support, sales and product development.

·Develop and produce training materials for external training, including live and recorded webinars as well as internal training for sales and support teams.

·Research data for an ever-changing market to stay ahead of market trends and competitor pricing and product updates

·Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, utilize various online marketing resources for accurate placement of ads.

·Develop projects to create content, publish digital marketing content online, measure digital traffic, scale campaigns to maximize ROI, conduct market research and update team as needed.

·Brainstorm and implement marketing efforts and data conversions test points, develop reporting tools, and manage projects according to priority.

·Collaborate with leadership, team members and staff to ensure accurate marketing materials align with the appropriate campaign.
