Scope/Contacts


Individual will be required to interact frequently with the general public, employees, media contacts, bank vendors, bank employees and bank customers. As a result, incumbent should always project a good public image of First Financial Bank. This position also requires ongoing contact with the EVP of Marketing, Chief Digital Officer, and various digital and regional media contacts and vendors.


Essential Functions


The essential functions of this position would include, but not be limited to:


  • Manage social media presence for the bank and monitor mentions.
  • Utilize marketing databases, marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Yext, SiteImprove), and handle relationships with external digital vendors.0
  • Prepare and maintain a library of digital creative assets (e.g. email campaigns, landing pages, etc.) in support of sales, marketing, and business development efforts.
  • Work closely with the Digital Banking Team to communicate throughout the implementation of new products and services and keep digital banking resources up to date.
  • Manage and administer email distribution and lead form capture.
  • Partner with members of the marketing team to develop lead nurturing and SEO strategies, orchestrate campaign execution, monitor activities, and measure results.
  • Liaison with digital agency relationships. Relationships include website development and hosting providers, social media marketing firm, google account managers, and other marketing relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on general marketing campaigns, copy creation, and assist with graphic design as needed
  • Manage and create pages for external website.
  • Leverage technical, intellectual, and creative assets to nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates.
  • Create assets and update digital board signage regularly via Ignite for Watchfire.
  • Communicate results and insights to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.
  • Must be able to provide support for specific marketing related events and functions.
  • Play a key role in the Excellence Wins program by managing, scheduling, editing, and disseminating Daily Lineup emails to the company and key stakeholders.
  • Manage corporate website content updates via a Content Management System (CMS) – Kentico.
  • Build landing pages within CMS and leverage lead capture forms for data acquisition where necessary.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Position requires a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, OR experience in a bank marketing position.
  • Knowledge of relational and marketing databases and the ability to establish effective procedures
  • High degree of technical proficiency and knowledge of digital marketing and social platforms and relational databases
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
  • Website CMS experience – Kentico preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe applications related to creation and management of content
  • Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous requests of varying size and scope
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required
  • Ability to develop and maintain marketing campaigns and events on varied industry standard platforms
  • Creative work, including photography, videography, and the use of Adobe Creative Suite, will occur on an as-needed basis.
