Responsibilities


  • Understand the organizational structure of customers and identify areas for deep strategic partnerships to leverage the full value of the software.
  • Partner with Customer Success Engineering to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and clarify specific integration requests.
  • Develop strategic relationships with Employer's customers to deliver maximum value for the customer and Employer.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer internally and own the core relationship with the Enterprise segment in the US Public Sector.
  • Own the customer journey, align on value-driven success factors, and drive adoption, account stickiness, and usage in their organization.


Requirements


  • Strong knowledge of the DevOps market and ecosystem.
  • Understanding of Open Source apps and their monetization.
  • Previous experience working with customers in the US Public Sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing customer relationships, including executive relationships.
  • Passion for educating and teaching customers.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Looker.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer obsession and empathy.
  • Above-average technical knowledge in Cloud technologies, Enterprise security, SAML, SSO, and Mobile apps.


Additional Information


The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $61,412 and $87,731 per year. The total compensation package may include other elements such as stock options, sign-on bonus, and various benefits depending on the position and location.
