Job Description
Dynamics ATS is an aggressive fast-growing Software Company looking to add new talent to our team.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Customers to troubleshoot software issues
Answer users' inquiries about software functionality
Assist users in resolving software/system related issues
Remotely investigate and address issues using Microsoft Teams
Maintain customer documentation
Work support tickets in a timely manner
Attend weekly team calls
Assist in data migrations as needed
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Passion for technology
Must be tech savvy and a quick learner
Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
Ideal candidates would have basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) but not mandatory.
We will teach you how to support our software as well as how to customize and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365.
If you rarely get on the computer and/or have trouble with technology this is not the role for you. However if you spend much of your time on the computer and like getting the latest tech gadgets and tend to pick up technology quickly we want to talk to you. This is a spectacular role for an entry level graduate.
