Job Description

I'm working with a niche tech scale up in the SAP space who are expanding in the US, with recent $25M investment we are in search for a Customer Success Manager. The role is fully remote and would like this person to either be based in the Midwest or West Coast.


As Customer Success Manager, you'll have the chance to collaborate with thrilling clients in the forefront of SAP technology. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and derive maximum value from our solutions. By forging strong connections, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring our offerings, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding our customers towards success.

In this role you will:


  • Drive customer engagement: Take charge of developing and executing a dynamic engagement plan that leaves a lasting impact throughout the entire customer journey. Dive deep into our customers' organizations, uncovering their goals and drivers, and align our cutting-edge products and services to meet their every need.


  • Foster collaboration: Join forces with our Support, Professional Services, Product, and Sales teams, forming an unstoppable alliance to deliver unrivalled outcomes for our valued customers. As the bridge between customers and internal stakeholders, swiftly address any concerns or issues, ensuring a seamless and extraordinary experience.


  • Fuel renewals and expansion: Accelerate product renewals and seize the opportunity to unlock hidden potential by identifying avenues for cross-selling and upselling our range of innovative packaged services. Your exceptional relationship-building skills will foster unparalleled brand loyalty and drive customer success to new heights.


  • Champion continuous improvement: Collaborate closely with customers and our visionary Development team to pave the way for product enhancements. Transform customer feedback into actionable insights that shape our Product Roadmap, propelling us forward on a journey of perpetual innovation.


  • Unleash co-marketing brilliance: Discover and harness co-marketing opportunities that shine a spotlight on our extraordinary customer partnerships. Showcase our success stories through captivating case studies and electrifying speaking engagements, leaving audiences inspired and eager to embark on their own journey with us.


Previous Experience And Skills



  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing commercial role with 2-4 years experience


  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive business relationships. You excel at stakeholder management and can effectively navigate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive customer success.


  • Strong presentation and pre-sales skills, enabling you to effectively showcase the value of our products and services.
