Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to hubs in Austin and San Francisco, which are now home to our US operations. So whether you're in Texas or California, you have choice in where and how you work in each of those states. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.


What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.


At Canva, we've developed our own sales methodology using our product and creativity to drive value in organizations that are already engaged with our product. The core focus of our team is to prove the power of Canva within recognizable global brands and Enterprise customers. We help our customers realize more value with Canva by educating, enabling, and empowering them to be their most creative self. In short, we want to bring as much value to our partnership with our customers as possible.


As a Customer Success Manager, nonprofit you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our valued non-profit customers receive the tailored support and guidance they need to thrive in their purposeful endeavors. You will cultivate and grow these relationships by building outstanding relationships, proactively addressing their needs, and strategically offering solutions that align with their mission and goals. You will help Canva develop the company’s sales and success approach and implement processes for building an outstanding sales organization.


At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • We will work together to develop and share operational playbooks, educate teams, and customers, and drive innovative ways that establish Canva as a best-in-class SaaS provider and enhance overall efficiency.
  • You will identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating closely with account teams to drive renewals and expansion, while providing strategic insights for enhancing account value.
  • You’re passionate about customer success and relationship building and you will own the post-sale journey for strategic accounts, leading all aspects of onboarding, training, adoption, and advocacy to ensure enduring customer happiness and alignment across teams.


You're probably a match if:

  • You have a proven history of consistently exceeding quotas and/or running a book of business, backed by 2+ years of customer facing accomplishments within the B2B SaaS domain.
  • You possess an unwavering dedication to ethical conduct, maintaining trust with both customers and colleagues, and upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • You have a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges, with a bias toward taking action and finding inventive solutions to achieve goals in the B2B SaaS sales and customer success landscape.
  • You’re an effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. You are proficient in passionate communication, adept at fostering collaboration, and skilled at rallying teams around shared goals and purpose.
  • Your willingness to question assumptions, continuously seek personal and professional growth, and strive for ongoing improvement within the B2B SaaS sales and customer success domain.
  • You’re a life long learner who loves to adapt and embrace new insights, combined with the ability to envision our crazy big goals and innovate within the realm of B2B SaaS.
