talech is an innovator in the POS space for small and medium businesses (SMB). The Palo Alto-based software company helps SMB, predominantly in the Retail, Restaurants and Services verticals simplify operations and make better decisions through an integrated point-of-sale system. We support the growing numbers and needs of >40,000 customers in North America and EMEA. In late 2019 talech was acquired by US Bank and is now a division of the company. Within US Bank, talech is tasked with leading the charge on the digital transformation required to enable the development and execution of a comprehensive digital experience for SMBs where the interface to the customers is the talech POS and from it a comprehensive set of additional solutions (software and banking alike!) are enabled to the customers.
This role manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.
Basic Qualifications
  • Five to eight years of operations-related experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Well-developed customer relations skills
  • Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Onboarding & Implementation experience preferred
  • People Management and coaching experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,485.00 - $84,100.00 - $92,510.00
