Implementation Specialist (Remote) Jobs

Position Summary

• Create and own project plans for repeatable and scalable processes
• Act as a subject matter expert for RMIS product configuration
• Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive fast and efficient onboarding for new SMB broker customers
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to manage timelines and remove blockers

Essential Job Functions

• Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
• Project manage customer implementations from point of sale to product delivery
• Identify and tackle blockers to ensure quick customer onboarding
• Maintain a deep understanding of Carrier Compliance product offering and industry best practices
• Create and own project plans for streamlined and scalable processes

Position Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Passion for delighting customers of all shapes and sizes
• Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in Salesforce and project management tools
• Empathetic attitude towards engineers and customers
• 1+ year of technical project management or support at a B2B SaaS company preferred
