About The Opportunity

As an Associate Director, Higher Ed Recruitment: Onboarding and Implementation, you are contributing to the recruitment and enrollment solutions experience for our users. In this role, you will guide users through an onboarding and implementation experience for an exciting new feature called Connections, that will launch this fall. You will be responsible for collaborating with users to develop and implement strategies, available within the Connections feature, that best meet the institution’s recruitment needs. You will also serve as a collaborative partner to internal stakeholders as we align to connect the dots between Higher Ed trends and our solutions.

In This Role, You Will

Onboarding and Implementation (90%)

  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into feature enhancements and sales/marketing/service processes
  • Collaborate closely with sales and other key areas to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Expand adoption and optimize Connections usage among early adopters by providing excellent customer support
  • Provide user trainings throughout the onboarding and implementation process
  • Direct customers through the implementation of audience selection, college profile set-up and communication plan selection
  • Collaborate with assigned accounts to develop and implement strategies that assist users in meeting their recruitment goals
  • Lead onboarding activities necessary to ensure customers understand key milestones, processes and roles and responsibilities
  • Leverage data and insights to frame challenges, inform decision-making and identify opportunities for consideration
  • Maintain a cadence of communications with assigned accounts about their Connections adoption while mining opportunities for deeper feature engagement

Third Party Management (10%)

  • Engage in the development of onboarding experiences for customer vendor partners and provide training on Connections, as needed
  • Invite customer’s third-party vendor to engage in Connections meetings, as appropriate

About You

You have:

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills and the proven ability to move forward multiple projects in concert, both independently and as a member of the team
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep and meaningful relationships, to influence others to action, and to effectively handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the enrollment issues faced by Higher Ed institutions today with a strong working knowledge of College Board Programs that will meet the needs of those institutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing an effective onboarding experience, preferably in Higher Ed
  • Willingness to potentially travel up to 30%
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing, customer service) with a keen focus on solving customer challenges
  • You are authorized to work in the United States
  • Adept problem-solving skills, including using data to inform decisions and actions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Established technical competence with CRMs, ideally systems used for college/university admission recruitment (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating meetings and presenting remotely, and managing a communications flow for an organization or Higher Education institution
