Job Summary:


Location: U.S. East Coast – DC, Boston, NYC preferred


We are looking for a tenacious, self-motivated individual who will have an immediate impact on our organizational transformation by engaging in strategic initiatives, delivering program management, and coordinating across the Executive leadership team.


The successful candidate will ideally have proven success in a business management role, with a background of senior leader/executive program management, collaboration and engagement.


The individual will be excited to roll up their sleeves to engage and work across multiple business areas, functions and priorities, both pre-planned and evolving as needed. The role will form part of the Corporate Function Group as a designated Program Management resource defined to support and further enable the organizational transformation of the business.


The dynamic role will work with key business stakeholders across the organization and work day-to-day on key projects & programs, provide project management expertise, support functional programs and provide operational support to the teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repeat and ad hoc data analysis to produce core metrics & KPI’s.
  • Provide support to M&A/partnership activities and provide diligence/integration tracking and support
  • Provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Other responsibilities as required by the Company.
  • Drive and manage surveys and initiatives as needed.
  • Build effective relationships with functional and business leaders to proactively support client needs.
  • Contribute to operational excellence through ideas and initiatives which improve service and drive efficiencies.
  • Assist with designing and implementing changes in processes, work design, team-based processes and/or organizational communications.
  • Travel up to 25% to attend Company meetings as needed.
  • Initiate, drive and deliver the cadence for core transformation programs and deliverables to support the broader leadership team
  • Prepare and coordinate core internal meeting cadence including providing input to the meeting construct, agendas, data gathering, content preparation, and materials.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to take a holistic approach to broader business activities and operate as an extension of the leadership team.
  • Understanding of the life sciences landscape or related businesses.
  • 3-5 years+ experience across gained from consulting, operations, and/or corporate functions.
  • An entrepreneurial thinker and driven self-starter who is excited to roll up sleeve, engage and deliver against multiple competing priorities and programs.
  • Track record of demonstrating resilience and tenacity with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Expert Excel and data analytical capabilities
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to navigate, build and manage effective relationships across a broad stakeholder map.
  • Ability to structure, frame and design high quality business ready outputs via PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven program management ability with strong delivery & execution focus that will drive overall effectiveness and efficiency as the company grows.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Operating experience – ideally in both large and small company environments.
  • The inclination to seek and analyze data from a variety of sources to support decisions and to align others with the organization's overall strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of constituencies including senior management teams, strategic partners, private equity and board members
  • Ability to manage a varied workload to achieve agreed deadlines without compromising quality or standards
  • Clear and well-structured communication capabilities
  • Tenacious and able to operate in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
  • Ability to step up when a level required but also able to drive more basic/routine tasks when needed
  • Ability to engage and influence without direct authority
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • High levels of integrity and discretion and the ability to handle confidential/sensitive information/situations in a professional manner
