Position: Payroll Manager /Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)

Location: 100% Remote

Type of JOB : Fulltime

Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) qualification required.

• 8+ years experience managing payroll in a multi-company environment. Exposure to several HR/payroll systems and processes, taxes and year-end reporting for a 5000+ employee multi-state company.

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in a payroll function.

The Payroll Shared Services Manager will be a key leader in our US organization payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate payroll and tax submissions in accordance with all applicable rules, laws and regulations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accountability for the timely and accurate payment of payroll to employees, along with proper remittance of all

Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) qualification required.

• 8+ years experience managing payroll in a multi-company environment. Exposure to several HR/payroll systems and processes, taxes and year-end reporting for a 5000+ employee multi-state company.

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in a payroll function.

• Highly proficient with payroll systems, experience with Workday and ADP WorkforceNow (preferred)

• Full understanding of payroll procedures, laws, taxes, regulations, and best practices.

• Microsoft 365 Suite (particularly Excel)
