How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Air Liquide offers industrial gases and related technology to a variety of customers including those in large
industry, electronics and healthcare. The successful intern candidate will need to be able to work in a fast
paced environment on corporate finance (capital structure, debt financing, cash flow forecasting and
leasing, etc) and M&A matters (research notes, financial valuation, due diligence organization) as outlined
below and as a member of a small, high-performing team. This is a regional role and will have exposure
to countries in the Americas’ Hub.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Corporate Finance: Collaborate on different funding initiatives and on capital structure recommendation for entities within the hub Analyze debt funding alternatives. Analyse debt variances and build financial/cash budget for the HUB and US Collaborate, analyze and produce cash forecasts for the legal entities in the zone. Analyze risk exposures from a treasury standpoint (energy, fx). Mergers and acquisitions: Initiate and produce target and industry research notes Collaborate and produce valuation of target acquisitions or divestitures Collaborate on Due diligence effort if on going. General Requirements Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise Advanced working knowledge of financial modelling and Google suite Strong written and oral communication skills Leadership/interpersonal skills – take the initiatives required to get the job done Detail oriented; Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to manage priorities effectively Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all activities Presentation skills
