Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Dealership Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, securing suitable loans and lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to finalize deals, coordinate accurate documentation, and address financing-related concerns.
• Evaluate customers' financial information, including credit scores, income verification, and employment history, to determine their eligibility for financing.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing vehicle financing, including the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other consumer protection laws.
• Assist customers in obtaining financing for vehicle purchases by reviewing credit applications, assessing creditworthiness, and negotiating financing terms with financial institutions.
• Offer comprehensive product knowledge, explaining the terms, conditions, and benefits of various financing options, including loans, leases, and extended warranties.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring a smooth and efficient financing process.
• Generate financial reports, analyze sales data, and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of financing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, financing regulations, and new products through ongoing professional development.
• Present additional products and services, such as vehicle service contracts, GAP insurance, and maintenance packages, and guide customers in making informed decisions.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of financing options, including loans, leases, and insurance products.
• Familiarity with dealership software and financial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, preferred by not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of credit evaluation, loan processing, and compliance requirements.
