We have partnered with a global, publicly traded company in their search for a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

The Vice President of Finance will be a key member of our executive leadership team and will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy, performance, and decision-making process for the business. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Provide critical insights to guide executive decision-making.
3. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4. Risk Management: Implement effective risk management strategies and internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and financial integrity.
5. Capital Management: Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize cost of capital and support growth initiatives.
6. Investor Relations: Act as a liaison between the company and its investors and analysts. Communicate financial performance, strategic plans, and market trends effectively.
7. Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. Lead due diligence efforts and financial integration activities.
8. Treasury Management: Manage liquidity, cash flow, and investment strategies to optimize returns and support ongoing operations.
9. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior finance leadership roles, with experience in a publicly traded company.
