Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serves as the organization's front door to incoming applicants and employees. Possesses understanding of Norton Healthcare payroll and benefit systems, HR and Corporate policies and procedures, with ability to explain systems and serve as a resource to answer questions and resolve concerns. Processes and understands recruiting from the requisition process, through posting and orientation, and has the ability to explain primary responsibilities of all vacant positions.
  • Perform accurate and timely license and education verifications
  • Assist incoming applicants and employees in Human Resources
  • Conduct thorough and accurate pre-employment requirements as outlined by all licensing and accrediting agencies
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements
  • Schedule applicant interviews & answer applicant inquiries
