LOCATION OR


Job Summary


The HR Coordinator is an integral part of the HR Team and will provide support across the HR function including Talent Acquisition, HRSS, Total Rewards, and L&D. This role will also support HR leadership with a variety of projects, initiatives, and other administrative duties as needed.


Essential Duties & Responsibilties


  • Provide accurate and timely support to team members via various email inboxes including HRSS and Talent Acquisition.
  • Support and actively participate in HR projects as needed
  • Coordinate meetings including interviews, as needed.
  • Work within HR systems to complete processes such as terminations, posting jobs, updating employee information, basic reporting, etc.
  • Provide administrative support for regular HR events such as open enrollment, annual wage adjustments, performance review cycles, etc.


ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS


Reports to Director of Total Rewards & HRIS. Supports all HR departments.


Required Qualifications


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.*
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have effective interpersonal skills (be able to listen effectively, and communicate clearly and appropriately).
  • Basic Business writing skills, including the ability to write business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Individual must be able to work independently, exercise discretion and independent judgment, and protect the confidentiality of the Company and its employees.
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and teach/communicate (verbal or in writing) documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, memorandums or government regulations is necessary for the job and to effectively communicate with field/internal customers and coworkers.
  • This position requires an excellent customer service skills and the ability of work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to set priorities and follow-through on projects as necessary.


Minimum Educational Level/Certifications


  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.).


Minimum Work Experience And Qualifications


  • Experience working in a Human Resources Information Systems
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service with internal/external customers/coworkers.
  • At least 2 years of general office experience.


Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions


  • While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to sit, listen and talk and is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.


Travel Requirement


  • Travel is not a requirement for this role.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • Knowledge of state and federal laws relevant to human resources.


Educational Level/Certifications


  • College education and/or certifications in Human Resources.


Preferred Work Experience And Qualification


  • Previous Human Resources experience.
  • Previous retail or fitness industry experience.

Compensation Summary


All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.


Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).


Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.


Salary range will vary based on geography of the applicant.


Pay Range for CO, NV, RI: $51,184.00-$59,489.00 (Exempt), $24.61-$28.60 (Non-Exempt)


Pay Range for WA: $54,250.00-$63,053.00 (Exempt), $26.08-$30.31 (Non-Exempt)


Pay Range for CT, New York City, Jersey City: $56,609.00-$65,795.00 (Exempt), $27.22-$31.63 (Non-Exempt)


Pay Range for CA: $51,184.00-$65,795.00 (Exempt), $24.61-$31.63 (Non-Exempt)
