Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Associate provides front line administrative and operations support to the Human Resource department. The individual must utilize knowledge of Norton Healthcare HR and system policies when fielding, responding to, and/or initiating responses to customer inquiries. This position is responsible for appropriate file management and file auditing to ensure that all documentation is organized, complete and survey ready.
