Description

Basic Accountability Statement:

To ensure Compleat ABA patients are scheduled for supervisory visits according to allotted rules and regulations.

To ensure that Child Progress Sessions are schedules with each parent/caregiver at least monthly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Education:

High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Associates degree or above is preferred.

Experience:

At least 2 years experience with scheduling and 2 years of customer service experience. Basic computer experience, familiar with Microsoft office suite. Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills. Prefer health care experience.
