Onboarding Coordinator - Hr Talent Acquisition - Full Time - Days -Hybrid

Responsible for creating strategies to deliver a positive onboarding experience for new hires and transfers by managing/executing organizational and department specific onboarding activities/checklists.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor candidate on-boarding progress, following up with stakeholders, as needed
• Partner with recruiters to execute all on-boarding activities (start date notifications, work space requirements, training, etc.)
• Draft new hire welcome emails and on-boarding checklists
• Coordinate building access and logistics (e.g., badges, computers etc.)
• Create new hires' employee electronic files
• Assist the candidate from offer acceptance through start
• Facilitate/schedule pre-employment activities required of candidate for upcoming role
• Understand and ensure optimal quality of all onboarding experiences

Competencies:

• Experience coordinating and collaborating across all relevant functions in the organization
• Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• This position is partially remote, must be located within 20 miles of Toledo for onsite obligations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience working within an applicant tracking system preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required
• 1-3 years experience of recruitment and on-boarding support, strongly preferred
