Job Description

This is a contractor role as a Recruiting Coordinator. This person will temporarily support Talent Acquisition team members in their daily activities. The coordinator should be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The contract will last 3-4 months.
What You Will Do:
  • Post job descriptions using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other methods.
  • Source candidates using a candidate database, social media, and other methods.
  • Assist with the internship program including attending events when necessary.
  • Conduct interviews using MS Teams, via phone, and in person.
  • Evaluate candidates through the review of resumes and cover letters.
  • Function as an assistant to multiple assigned Recruiters and perform relevant duties as directed.
  • Schedule candidate interviews for Recruiters and Managers to include arranging travel when needed.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field required.
  • 1 – 5 years of experience.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Knowledge of basic employment laws preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to speak professionally on the phone for multiple hours per day.
It Would Be Nice If You Had
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic US employment law preferred.
Reporting Relationships:
The incumbent reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This position does not have any direct reports.
