Recruiting And Communications Associate

Primary Services is looking for a dynamic Communications Coordinator with analytical skills to join our growing team! As a Communications Coordinator, you will leverage your analytical and communications skills to create compelling content and optimize the candidate sourcing process.

In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters to write ads for roles, manage content on digital recruiting platforms, and implement creative search campaigns that drive candidate engagement. While developing procedures for performance growth against key metrics, you will identify trends utilizing Excel and present reports to leadership. Over time, the successful candidate will grow into the Operations, Recruitment, or Marketing teams as a career path.

For over 35 years, Primary Services has served as an award-winning recruitment partner for a portfolio of long-served Fortune 500 clients in the oil and gas, renewable energy, engineering, healthcare, technology, and financial industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creatively write job ads for professional networking platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. to attract a large volume of highly-qualified candidates.
• Proofread, edit, and add content to candidate resumes
• Organize networking events and coordinate attendance at university career fairs to cultivate and maintain new pools of talent
• Develop an insights-driven candidate sourcing strategy to attract top-tier talent by researching roles, understanding the talent market, and creating compelling ads
• Support VP of Strategy on special projects through data analysis in Excel and Power BI, creation of client presentations and delivery of training materials
• Partner with recruiters and clients to understand role responsibilities and generate a go-to-market recruiting strategy
• Leverage new tools and techniques, e.g., ChatGPT, to create content and drive efficiencies in the candidate communication process

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred fields include Communications, Marketing, Business)
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel to create pivot tables and graphs
• 1+ years of communication, writing and/or marketing to array of audiences
• Successful track record of leadership, innovation, problem-solving, and networking abilities
• Experience navigating LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is a plus
