Job Description
Onsite 100% at Woodall Rodgers office in downtown Dallas, TX


8:00am – 4:30pm.


Hybrid with three days per week in the office.


Typical duties:


  • Ensures regulatory compliance in the timely processing of new hire paperwork
  • Facilitates a Corporate in-house and vender generated background check for all new hires
  • Maintains records of applicants, offers, new hires, promotions, and transfers as required for reporting purposes.
  • Responsible for reporting monthly New Hire SOX Report
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on new hire details to include starting salary and start date
  • Track, maintain and re-verify all Work Authorization Employee Files
  • Maintain, monitor and notify employees and managers of EAD expirations
  • Supports the appropriate administration of onboarding guidelines and participates in ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Maintains Record Retention and Access Control Policy for Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9
  • Sends out rescinded offer letters to candidates that does not meet Company adjudication guidelines
  • Conduct monthly audits of Current Form I-9 files to identify and pull termed employee Forms I-9
  • Update revised job descriptions in the HCM
  • File all paperwork related to new hires, including disclosure authorization and in the EFM tool
  • Create and maintain confidential employment files and other privileged information in a professional manner
  • Sends rejection letters to unsuccessful candidates upon request
  • Works closely with HRIS, Payroll and Benefits to ensure proper processing of new hires
  • Welcome all new hires with prepared offer letters and onboarding packets
  • Send automated emails new hires with details about the company, including company policy and benefits
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating all aspects of the hiring process and ATS process
  • Process all new hires and internal hires in the HCM system


Pay Range: $26.00- $28.00 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions.
