Product manager for Human Capital Products team Oversee development / implementation of the recruiting IT systems HRIT software.

Work as A Project Manager for Recruiting Systems developing innovative, data-oriented products and offers an opportunity to partner closely with leaders in human capital, business operations, information technology, and our international software development teams.

The role Oversees:

• Development, deployment, and maintenance of technology solutions that streamline human capital processes such as recruiting, learning, benefits, or immigration.

• Liaise between stakeholders across the firm and software developers to conceptualize solutions that expand and refine the systems used for identifying, recruiting, and assessing candidates.

• Responsible for understanding business needs, specifying technical requirements, and overseeing the deployment of systems improvements.

• Work collaboratively with business and all other departments.

Essential Skills – ** MUST have **

• Degree Bachelor’s or higher

• Level: 3+ to 5 years Min in relevant working

• Product management experience

• Able to exercise extreme discretion with confidential information ** Essential **

Skills needed.

• Developing innovative - data-oriented products.

• Proven ability translating the needs of non-technical systems users into technical requirements.

• If you are a Problem solving focusing on small details interrelate to impact the bigger picture you will excel in this role - (i.e., systems thinking)

• self-start, dive into details, and manage projects to completion are critical for this role.

• Excellent written / verbal communication skills.

• Experience with recruiting systems Or recruiting operations is highly preferred.
