Marketing Communications Associate (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $18.00 - 18.01 per hour

Our client is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Marketing/Communications Assistant!

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing and communications tasks, including writing and editing, social media content development, SEO techniques, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the marketing team and undertake assigned activities.
• Update and maintain social media presence, including monitoring, posting, scheduling, and reporting, while providing creative input.
• Assist in planning, writing, and managing e-blasts, newsletters, and press releases.
• Contribute to the planning, writing, and management of engaging e-blasts, newsletters, and press releases.
• Maintain an active and effective social media presence, including content creation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assist in enhancing website SEO and content development.
• Support the marketing team in achieving their objectives.
• Support the management of website SEO and content development.
• Produce high-quality newsletters and create engaging social media content.

Qualifications:

• B2B Marketing (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices.
• Skills:
• Experience level: Entry Level
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Marketing Communications (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Proficiency with various social media platforms and familiarity with associated data tracking tools.
• Content Marketing (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree-granting institution studying communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
