SR Mechanical is looking to hire a Construction Administrative Assistant

\$17 to \$20 per hour

Areas Of Responsibility

• In charge of vehicle fleet maintenance, performance, and repairs.
• Work with subcontractors and Project Managers on upcoming project bids.
• Works in conjunction with Project Manager in preparing and carrying out the Project Management Plan.
• Manages social media content and interactions\ - Works in conjunction with Office Manager in answering phones, setting up appointments, and answering general questions.
• Construction Administrative Assistant is responsible to help manage work orders, change orders, job logs, onsite accidents, RFI's, back charges, photo documentation, safety conditions, MSDS books, OSHA logs, SWPPP inspections.
• Coordinates with HVAC Technician(s) for service calls.

Experience

• May be required to lift items more than 20 pounds
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• 1-2 years construction background (preferred)
• Must have Drivers License, pass background check and pass drug test. Wage depending on experience. Able to train, however must have basic admin skills including working with excel, word, adobe and other management software.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities
