Role: Mastery Experiences: Training Coordinator
Work Location: NYC, NY (Onsite)
Only for W2 contract
What is the scope of work for this vendor worker during this period?
- Manage the technology and enrollment process of our programs - partnering with our tech team to troubleshoot issues that arise, and utilize a bug ticket system to help with intake of user feedback.
- Coordination and production of virtual and in-person workshops and their setup (including facilitator coordination, communications to learners, and logistics management for all sessions)

We are looking for someone bright, creative, and dependable. Someone who’s excited about driving learning programs at scale, can manage a variety of different projects at once, and work from a playbook. As an Experiences Training Coordinator, you're at the heart of the team's training operations and activation. You’ll lead end to end processes and logistics for our live programs, including managing the technology, enrollment and user feedback processes.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of Google Apps (esp. Gmail, Google Calendar,Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs)
- Ability to own multiple projects or programs from end to end
- A resourceful problem solver with little to no oversight needed
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of training coordination or event management experience (producing or planning events).
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology and learning management systems to improve work efficiency
- Outstanding attention to detail and operational rigor to drive process
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assigning facilitators to their programs, scheduling their sessions and sending rosters.
- Pull data to support capacity and activation planning
- Dealing with email requests from learners in relation to enrollments, cancellations etc.
- Supporting program managers on planning for and executing in-person sessions where applicable. This will include, for example, ordering and printing materials, setting up meeting rooms, organizing catering and offsite activities.
- Track training goal completion and gather useful insights to drive engagement
- Support in recruiting, upskilling and retaining the facilitator community by partnering with the teams in need and creating specific comms.
- Creating and scheduling large volumes of bulk email campaigns to keep our learners reminded and updated about session information and any required pre-work.
- Use analytical skills to conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis to measure program effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise, and utilize a bug ticket system .
- Share survey insights with external partners or faculty where needed
- Reporting
- Writing and sending via comms system monthly newsletters to facilitators.
- Producing live workshop sessions - supporting our facilitators in the moment by creating breakout rooms, marking attendance, fixing tech issues, messaging with our learners in the background, supporting the general flow of the session.
- Uncover fresh audience insights and define creative and strategic approaches to solving our biggest event challenges
- Setting up training sessions in our learning management system and managing enrollments end to end on a daily basis.
