- Maintaining reception area
- Dealing with all telephone enquiries in a professional manner
- Providing general administration support to Office Manager and senior staff
- Data entry
- Filing/scanning
- Enquiries, scheduling
- Prepare and sending invoices
- Answering the telephone, making appointments, responding to client
- Other general administration duties as directed
- Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- The ability to act with a sense of urgency
- Excellent time management skills
- 1+ years' experience in administration will be highly regarded
- A good attitude, experience isn't everything - more than anything we're looking for the right fit!
- Strong communication skills on both a written and verbal level
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
