Job Location: Work will be performed remotely and at the Company office. Meetings will be required at client offices and other locations. Some travel is required.
Time Commitment: This is a full-time salaried position. Some evening and weekend hours will be required to fulfill client needs.
Other Requirements: Soukup Strategic Solutions is a drug-free workplace, and a pre-employment drug test is required. A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and personal automobile insurance are required.
Purpose: Responsible for assisting with the coordination of service delivery and consultants.
Job Tasks
Coordination of Consultants
- Maintain records of consultant availability, assigned projects, and hours
- Track completion of consultant administrative work
- Provide administrative and fundraising support as assigned for consultants (donor screenings, CRM list pulls, document reviews, etc.)
- Attend monthly consultant meetings and take minutes
- Track completion of consultant strategic work (quarterly reports, benchmarking/reporting for clients, etc.)
- Assist with onboarding new consultants
- Ensure outlined processes are followed in a timely manner
- Prepare project agreements and process templates for newly assigned/amended consultant work
- Assist with scheduling kick-off meetings for consultant-assigned work
Client Service Coordination
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas for the Director of Client Services as needed
- Serve as lead for maintaining organized file structure and up-to-date resources for service delivery
- Regularly review client scope of services to ensure completion and delivery of services
- Assist with client onboarding
General
- Provide support for employees and consultants as needed to ensure a positive client experience.
- Participate in professional development activities to acquire knowledge and develop skills
- Keep track of and report time using Company time tracking systems
- Meet with supervisor.
- Assist with the preparation of reports for consultant work and client service delivery
- Collaborate with other Company employees, consultants, and interns
- Other general duties in support of the Company’s consultant work and service delivery.

Education and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:
- Experience in non-profit advancement required (2+ years preferred).
- Demonstrated professional experience in non-profit administration (2+ years preferred).
Specific Knowledge / Skills Required:
- English language and grammar skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines on multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel
Specific Knowledge / Skills Preferred:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the donor development cycle
- Demonstrated knowledge of fundraising principles and ethics
- Demonstrated knowledge of fundraising function
- Experience with fundraising and/or constituent management software
- Zoom, Teams, WebEx
