Job Description

Swoon is working with a digital agency specializing in social media, content moderation and technology solutions to place a contract Client Services Manager to support their growing team.


What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Manage project scope
  • Oversee client communication
  • Cross collaboration with content moderators
  • Digital analytics

What's required?

  • 3+ years of experience in contact center team management or social media program management
  • Experience evaluating, coaching and improving team performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer service oriented (internal and external)
