Chief Supply Chain Officer

MUST bring previous food manufacturing management experience in the CPG industry. Experience with highly regulated food products is most ideal.

CSCO - charged with maintaining executive leadership over the entire supply chain management team. In this capacity, you will be a key stakeholder in the end-to-end supply chain, including sourcing, procuring, planning, manufacturing (internal and external), and distributing of CPG food products.

Required Experience:

• 10-20+ years’ experience leading a food manufacturing organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with members of executive team, operational and supply chain team members, plant personnel, co-packers & vendors.
• Previous manufacturing management experience in the CPG food industry.
• Knowledge of key corporate financial measures, the ability to read and interpret operational financial reporting statements for the successful management of the business and a healthy P&L.
