Job Description

Our Client has a 20+ year track record of delivering innovative and secure digital banking solutions to their customers. We are seeking a Chief Business Officer to join their team to help develop and implement strategies that will help continue the growth of their business.


Responsibilities:

  • Transform our delivery and digital strategy to fulfill the company's vision
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and customers to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to design the growth strategy and business plan for the company
  • Build a cohesive risk management strategy across the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with other leaders across the organization to align business strategies and priorities, and ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Oversee financial management including budget planning and analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve the company's short- and long-term objectives and goals.
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities and potential risks for the company and provide recommendations to the executive team.


Requirements:

  • Ability to think strategically and develop a long-term business vision that anticipates market trends and future opportunities.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams that drive business success.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, technologies, and strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing business operations, including finance, marketing, and customer service.
  • Must be Bi-Lingual
  • Ability to identify and manage risk factors that could impact business performance and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing effective business strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Strong commitment to ethical business practices and corporate social responsibility, with a focus on sustainability and social impact.
