Role:

Manage the product, and engineering, teams. He or She will be responsible for developing the features and functionality of the platform, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and helping to maintain a competitive advantage in the Lifesciences product space.

Play a crucial role in shaping the capabilities of the company platform, to create future iterations of the product, using customer feedback and product analysis to determine the best possible product roadmap.

Will manage and be responsible for the team maintaining the technology stack, ensuring optimal performance of the platform, and continuous service delivery for customers. The role requires the incumbent to plan and design the tech stack to be scalable.

Will be an integral part of the Executive team and will be expected to create, shape, and implement a viable strategy for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in setting and driving the long-term business plans of the organization , Create a vision collaborating with various stakeholders to create an informed product roadmap.
• Build a highly inclusive team, responsible for a 100 strong team spread over 6 sites , with 6-7 direct reportees.
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, HR, and operations to build a leading-edge product platform.
• Own the product roadmap and technology vision, develop the capabilities of the platform to create value for customers and profitable revenue growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• An executive at C -Suite level with considerable experience in creating and executing product, architecture and engineering roadmap, drive organizational growth and strategy.
• Who is motivated with high energy, curious by nature, a natural problem solver, tenacious.
• Effective communicator, very customer centric, able to translate the needs of customers into viable products and services.
