JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a creative role, overseeing and improving everything from topic generating all the way to post production.

-Select topics and titles for the channel

-Reviewing and re-editing scripts

-Reviewing video drafts

-Reviewing thumbnails and offering feedback

-All reviews and feedbacks are based on YouTube analytics

-Data gathering and reviewing on YouTube Studio

-Uploads, Metadata, SEO

-Making sure content is up to scratch on YouTube monetization policies

-Liaising and management of freelancers

-Timekeeping of freelancers and hitting KPI (videos target per week)

-Scheduling production flow

-Making sure branding is being maintained

-Creatively improving videos with every upload.
