Based east of the Mississippi, the Channel Account manager will take ownership of driving sales through various channel partners and intermediaries, such as agents, dealers, resellers etc.
Our award-winning technology has been developed with some of the biggest consumer brands and their cold chain distribution partners and this role will have a strong focus on cold chain and refrigerated transport.
- Up to 50% TRAVEL REQUIRED.
- You will provide partners with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively sell EROAD’s offerings.
- Address underperforming partners through coaching, training, and corrective actions as necessary.
- Attend Customer Events and Tradeshows as required.
- Building strong relationships with your customers is critical and will involve weekly and monthly face to face to meetings, workshops, webinars, and sales pipeline activities with key sales partners.
- You’ll have the drive to manage and over-achieve sales forecast and budget plan for the region.
- You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential channel partners, distributors, resellers, and other intermediaries to expand EROAD’s reach and market presence.
- Monitor and analyse sales data and performance metrics to assess partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product management, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for indirect sales efforts.
- Hold quarterly reviews with partners to review productivity and forecast.
About you:
- Proven ability to meet & exceed sales and personal performance targets.
- Strong drive for success. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the sales process
- You will have technical understanding of the transport industry products and services and preferably experience in cold chain and refrigerated transport.
- Strategic sales skills, ability to grasp strategic initiatives & vision of target partners and accounts, to facilitate regional coverage, sales & effectively close business.
- This role requires a highly self-motivated individual contributor with at least 5 years previous experience in channel / indirect sales.
