Location: 3 Corporate Drive, Suite 420, Shelton, CT, Hybrid scheduled 3 or 4 days on site or 100% work from home

The Change Management Enablement role will be part of Laurel Road’s Well-Managed team and will execute against change management for strategic priorities enhancing our capabilities.
Responsibilities of the Change Management Enablement include designing, implementing, and managing change management initiatives across Laurel Road. Change Management Enablement will implement digital capabilities while collaborating closely with marketing, product, technology, operations, and other internal partners to ensure effective deployment and execution.
With a desire to innovate, this role will be focused on building optimal internal and customer experiences with well-managed change management controls across the organization.
Essential Functions
  • Maintain Laurel Road’s inventory of 700+ operating procedures and product/ servicing disclosures.
  • Develop project plans and manage projects with aggressive time frames and ensure goals and deadlines were met.
  • Use problem-solving skills that help identify, isolate, and resolve problems and issues in a timely fashion to negate or minimize customer and employee impact.
  • Develop close working relationships with other departments in the company.
  • Identify opportunities to support a well-managed end-to end-client experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned initiatives while influencing and leading cross functional teams.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, such as, marketing, product, technology, operations, and risk management.
Qualifications
  • Ability to think strategically coupled with the ability to drive to execution.
  • Possess a strong mix of quantitative, qualitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence broadly.
  • Thought leader and familiar with industry competitive analysis.
  • Strong ability to identify issues with urgency, to recommend solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with storytelling + curating presentations.
  • Strong analytical mindset, data driven decisioning and insights.
  • Training and experience in applying effective Change Management Principles ( i.e., ADKAR)
  • 5+ years of experience – experience w/ analytics, business strategy or change management.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle phases and tools.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment.
As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $700,000 to $90,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance
