Cognosante is looking for a motivated, hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist with strong management, client engagement, logic and interpersonal skills who is up for the challenge of joining a high-performing team. As a OCM Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact with client, project team, technical and business-oriented staff. Working closely with the Project Team, the OCM Specialist will lead and manage the Change Management activities and operations for a large complex Project Management Office (PMO) program which includes governance and IT standardization across a large organization.

Helping a large organization to understand the goals which their executives are aspiring to and how achieving those goals will affect the organization is vital to the success of the program.
