In need of an Organizational Change Manager to leverage recognized change management and leadership development methodologies to support the growth and alignment of change sponsors’ capabilities. Lead the people-related aspects of organizational readiness measurement and reporting work to ensure key sponsors and stakeholders are prepared to lead and support desired changes Identify and apply measurement criteria to evaluate adoption and effectiveness of change sponsorship and management activities. Create, manage and execute change management and strategic communication plans for assigned executives and initiatives – including stakeholder and change impact assessments, communication and resistance management plans, training and support strategies, and other related organizational effectiveness activities.


Requirements

  • Coach executive sponsors and project leaders, developed sponsor coalitions, conducted risk and stakeholder analyses, and developed communication plans related to change
  • Experience working with CMS and Marketing Automation IT professionals on marketing automation and CMS tools/implementations
  • Experience working directly with marketing, public relations, social media, and corporate communication teams.
  • Use diplomacy, tact and candor to work through healthy conflict and resistance to change
  • Apply both standard and customized change frameworks and tools to a diverse set of scenarios and change-related challenges
  • Coach leaders in build out of strategy and business cases for initiatives, structural change, and new business platforms
  • Possess quasi external communications experience
  • Create clarity of strategy and goals through change consulting and leadership coaching
  • Build relationships with leaders and partners across the organization
  • Three (3) or more years of experience coaching change sponsors and executives
  • Conduct root cause analysis, workflow analysis (SIPOC), and role analysis (RACI). Analyzed processes across multiple teamwork flows using swim lanes; prepared and deployed work teams to craft solutions to issues
  • Empower the team with a humble attitude and an expansive, growth mindset
  • Expert written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills
  • Over five (5+) years of experience in change management and leadership development
  • Examine proposed changes for impacts and systemic impacts across the rest of the organization
  • Think creatively and offer a deep toolset and diverse skillset from which to problem solve

Preferred

  • Experience as a consultant or contractor
  • Training and certification from recognized OCM certification organizations, such as Prosci, Kotter, or ACMP
  • Experience leading change, organizational effectiveness, and/or organizational development in: Mid-sized organizations (200-5,000 EEs), Health care research or delivery nonprofit organizations.
