Purpose and Scope:

This position identifies and supports Medical & Development objectives through timely, effective and measurable change management strategies that increase employee engagement and productivity by managing the people side of change.

This position will serve as the change management leader on M&D projects that oversee M&D operations globally. Additionally, this position is responsible for working in close collaboration with other MDSO colleagues to implement global initiatives, and with Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office colleagues to align global change management initiatives.

Quantitative Dimensions:

Impacts the efficient use of resources, including vendors, through negotiations for services both internally and externally and the monitoring of project budgets.

Organizational Context:

Position reports on solid-line basis to Sr. Director, M&D Change management. Key business partners include global heads of M&D Functions (e.g., Medical Affairs; Pharmacovigilance; MDSO; Development Divisions, Regulatory Affairs).
