The key areas of responsibility are:

-Support the client engagement teams to develop meeting agendas, prepare meeting notes, and document follow-up actions items

Ability to apply advanced knowledge and understanding of GPO concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects.

Manage, support and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive environment and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Experience in working with Pharmaceutical-focused Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)

Understanding of and experience working with specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers, including concepts and implications of class of trade.

Working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Manage inbound/outbound communications with carriers, vendors, CS, and sales reps.

Strong computer and spreadsheet skills

Minimum of 1yr administrative and/or customer service experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Operations: inventory management, pricing and analysis, operations support for both consumer customers and B2B clients

1-3 years of business experience – ideally in strategy/analysis, product, finance, sales

Experience with data analysis.Skilled with Microsoft excel.

Assist VP of Finance & Strategy with financial analysis and reporting

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Salary: $70-$100K.Negotiable based on experience and expected to rise over time with strong performance.
