What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our BetterOps team. The BetterOps team at BetterHelp is the team that services our BetterHelpers. We are responsible for our workplace, IT, business operations and people experience. Our team philosophy is to ensure efficiency across all teams by providing exceptional service to our employees.

What Will You Do?
  • Cross-functional support to other teams with vendor payments and relationships
  • Partner with the Accounting team during month-end and quarter-end to meet closing deadlines
  • Work with the Accounting team on supporting internal processes including procurement and high volume of purchase orders
  • Support Accounting team on ad hoc projects

Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have a deep passion for mental health
  • Ability to come into the office 2 - 3x / week
  • Can do attitude
  • Passionate about working with numbers and math
  • Time management and organizational skills. You’ll need to manage your time effectively to be successful in this role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong MS Excel skills including pivot tables and V-Lookups

The base salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and cerfications.
