About the role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Lead who will influence a variety of initiatives alongside a world class team that is growing a modern commercial insurance product from the ground up.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations, you will partner with Go-to-Market teams including Product, Marketing, Business Development and Underwriting to drive strategy and create efficient processes.
You will play a critical role in creating the frameworks that enable Nirvana to scale successfully. Each week will bring a new set of projects and challenges, where success is measured by data driven outcomes, and where you will have real ownership of business results.
What you’ll do:

• Planning / reporting: help develop and track critical operating metrics associated with each major project for the Executive team and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Impact: Collaborate on critical operational excellence projects, turning your strategic recommendations into reality.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinker who isn’t afraid to make decisions.
• Analysis: Conduct quantitative research and analysis requiring complex data retrieval that results in compelling recommendations for our leadership team.
• Comfort working in a high growth, ambiguous environment.

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Investment Banking and/or Management consulting.
• Nice to have: MBA
• Strategy: Identify, triage, and drive the strategic thinking on key revenue questions, issues, and roadblocks facing the company using your business acumen.
• Since we’re still in scrappy startup mode, there’s a lot of rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds to drive direct impact on a daily basis. We knock out today’s problems while balancing our need to build for the long-term.
