We're currently seeking a Sr. Manager/Director of Business Development with proven go-to-market experience in rapidly growing SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will relentlessly achieve their quotas and drive revenue growth. This individual should be data-driven, energetic, passionate, and committed to achieving excellence and surpassing targets. As Sr. Manager/Director of BD, you'll be a strategic and execution-focused leader, consistently delivering high-quality results and improving unit economic performance.

In this role, you'll report to the VP of Partnerships & BD, and your responsibilities will include exceeding quotas, developing your assigned territory through data-driven market research, building and maintaining strategic relationships, attending events, and furthering the mission of Telescope Labs. This is an exciting opportunity to profoundly impact Telescope Labs' future growth by driving revenue and implementing effective sales methodologies.


Position:


  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses and product presentations to highlight Telescope Labs' value and how we can advance the client's business.
  • Onboard new US/ NA game developers/ publishers, with a focus on strategic and enterprise ones. Foster relationships with existing customers & partners.
  • Bridge knowledge from the game industry, GPT/ AI Initiatives, Analytics
  • Use the company CRM for effective reporting and forecasting of existing and new business
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the US pipeline
  • Assist the team with the BD strategy and execution
  • Be alert to market intelligence, and collect feedback from potential and existing clients.
  • Represent Telescope Labs at industry events as needed.
  • Identify the key decision-makers in your target accounts, cultivate relationships with them, learn about their business needs, and then present Telescope Labs' product offerings as solutions for those needs.
  • Apply critical sales-related methodologies and adjust relevant marketing collateral to reach relevant audiences.


Requirements:


  • Tech-savvy, with SDK integration knowledge from the tech POV - a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts for management.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Highly motivated and committed team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Gaming, ML, AI, or data industry is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial business development, and scaling new products, ideally with experience in a successful SaaS startup.
  • Able to translate strategic objectives into business plans.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal skills. You are a team player who can effectively collaborate with product, finance, marketing, and customer success teams, both internally and externally.
