Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of implemented solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize operations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder reviews to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to uncover insights and provide recommendations for business decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and test plans, to support project implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering business solutions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
• Experience in process mapping and optimization, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capability to evaluate alternatives and make sound recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are advantageous but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business problems and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
