Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Biotech Industry)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with 1-3 years+ experience to join our team in the Biotech industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting technical positions and a good understanding of the biotech industry. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting technical positions within the company, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers. The role requires the candidate to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the biotech industry
• Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates, provide feedback to hiring managers, and negotiate offers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
• Participate in career fairs, industry events, and conferences to attract top talent to the company
• Work with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to improve overall recruitment effectiveness
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years+ experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the biotech industry
• Knowledge of the biotech industry, including relevant skills and technologies
• Proven ability to identify, attract, and retain top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools and technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
