Our Opportunity:
Chewy is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead internal recruiting for our Customer Service (CS) organization. There are about a dozen CS teams where all the specialists hired are sourced directly from our existing frontline CORE CS agent population. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process full cycle for these teams from the initial headcount request to the final offer stage. As Chewy continues to evolve internal recruiting practices, you will operate as a SME for driving the evaluation of the process flow, trialing new ideas, and working to elevate the team member and hiring manager experience.
What You'll Do:
- Provide an elevated team member experience to internal applicants.
- Independently identify trends and advise leaders on options using ATS and HRIS data like historical conversion rates, candidate fall out trends, and current team member population by tenure and title.
- Calculate compensation using the wage schedule.
- Engage and partner with senior CS leaders to understand upcoming and active staffing needs and create and execute a plan to deliver hires accordingly.
- Prioritize appropriately between managing requisitions, stakeholders, candidates, and initiatives.
- Hold hiring teams accountable and provide training and direction as needed on prebrief, interview facilitation, and scorecard completion best practices.
- Maintain close familiarity with the CS organization’s goals and plans to readily advise on and deliver internal talent when new teams or initiatives launch.
- Update TA team’s materials and create new resources as needed including SOPs, tools, training, etc.
- Lead new initiatives to improve and elevate the team member and hiring manager experience that impact the CS organization and influence Talent partners.
- Proactively partner with support teams like Candidate Experience, HR Shared Services, and HR Ops on scheduling, eligibility review, and job profiles
- Partner with HR and Ops on setting hiring criteria, trialing new tactics, and providing updates and observations.
What You'll Need:
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence outcomes and advise others on resources, best practices, etc.
- BA/BS preferred.
- Ability to generate, understand, and facilitate reporting from Applicant Tracking System and HRIS systems.
- 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Critical thinking skills to self-evaluate, identify options, and recommend a solution when met with challenges.
