Title of Role: Full-Desk Recruiter / Permanent Placement Recruiter
Compensation: 40-50% Commission from day 1
Schedule: We offer a hybrid schedule at PRS, as well as the ability to work remote (depending on years of experience).

What we are looking for:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple job orders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (we talk on the phone all day)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and have strong typing skills

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Network with industry professionals to develop relationships with potential clients
- As part of a team, you’ll help our clients (mostly fortune 1000 companies) find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field. You’ll act as a “match maker” for both the client and the candidate
- Initiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging drug screens and background checks
- Network with industry professionals to develop relationships with potential candidates
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline
- Conduct full-desk recruitment activities to Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for active openings with our clients (phone/virtual)
- Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs, locales, and strategies
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients
- Develop new clients through marketing and business development efforts (phone calls)
- Manage relationships with existing customers in your territory
