Job Description

Title of Role: Full-Desk Recruiter / Permanent Placement Recruiter


Compensation: 40-50% Commission from day 1


Schedule: We offer a hybrid schedule at PRS, as well as the ability to work remote (depending on years of experience).


Benefits: Retirement (4% match), Healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision), 10.5 Paid Holidays, PTO (2 weeks in your first year and 3 weeks in year two, 4 weeks after 5 years).

What we are looking for:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple job orders simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills (we talk on the phone all day)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and have strong typing skills
  • You need to have an internal drive to succeed. That drive can come from personal pride, compensation, competitiveness, etc…. It just has to be there!


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Network with industry professionals to develop relationships with potential clients
  • As part of a team, you’ll help our clients (mostly fortune 1000 companies) find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field. You’ll act as a “match maker” for both the client and the candidate
  • Initiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging drug screens and background checks
  • Network with industry professionals to develop relationships with potential candidates
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline
  • Conduct full-desk recruitment activities to Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for active openings with our clients (phone/virtual)
  • Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs, locales, and strategies
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients
  • Develop new clients through marketing and business development efforts (phone calls)
  • Manage relationships with existing customers in your territory
