A successful candidate for this position will have experience sourcing and recruiting candidates, and a track record of helping to fill positions on time and within budget. Our organization is looking for a Recruiter who has a demonstrated history and record of strong business relationships in the industry, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Adjust the hiring process when necessary.
• Build rapport with candidates and co-workers.
• Be positive and encouraging.
• Set appropriate expectations of applicants, hiring managers, and colleagues.
• Express confidence in their decisions and recommendations.
• Utilize active listening techniques with applicants and co-workers.
• Recognize the value of the recruiting process to the organization.
• Implement the appropriate action with candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
